Build your personal assistant
Your own agent on WhatsApp or iMessage. It reads your email, checks your calendar, briefs you every morning and holds you to your numbers every night.
What you're building
Every other build in this program is a tool for your clients or your outreach. This one is for you. It reads your email, checks your calendar, keeps your task list and holds you to your numbers.
The Super Agent isn't a chatbot. It runs on a schedule, summarises your inbox, transcribes audio, creates images, handles files and hands work to sub-agents. Roughly: if a task can be done on a computer, it can probably do it.
Have a rough answer ready for two questions before you start: what are you trying to hit in the next 90 days, and what are you working on this week. It asks you both and remembers the answers.
Prompt: teach it who you are
Open the Super Agent chat and paste this in. It'll ask a couple of questions back. Answer them properly, this is what it remembers.
You are my personal assistant. Here's how I want you to work with me. About me: I'm building a marketing agency selling Meta ads to local service businesses. My day is outreach, sales calls, and client work. I want you to help me run my life and my day, not just answer questions. What I want you to remember: - My goals, and remind me of them when I'm drifting - What I'm working on this week - How I like things written: short, direct, no fluff How to talk to me: like a sharp friend, not an assistant. Short answers. Push back when I'm making excuses. Don't pad your replies. Ask me for my goals and what I'm working on this week, then save it.
Get it on your phone
In the Super Agent sidebar you'll see Channels: WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage and Slack. Pick WhatsApp or iMessage and follow the connect flow, it takes about a minute. Telegram and Slack work the same way if you'd rather use those.
Then go to Plugins and connect your email and calendar. Without those it's just a chatbot; with them it can actually tell you what your day looks like and what needs answering.
Message it from your phone to check: ask it to summarise anything important in your inbox today.
Morning briefing (already built for you)
Go to Workflows. There's a Morning briefing template sitting there ready: every morning it summarises your unread email and the day's meetings into one digest.
Click Send to chat, tell it what time you want it, done. Set it for when you actually wake up, not when you wish you woke up.
Evening accountability check-in
This is the one that matters. Paste this into the chat:
Set up a workflow that messages me every day at 8pm. It should ask me these three questions, one at a time, and wait for my answer: 1. How many outreach attempts did you make today? 2. How many conversations did you have? 3. Did you train today? After I answer all three, tell me my current streak of days I hit my targets. My targets are 100 outreach attempts and 3 conversations per day. If I miss a day, don't be nice about it. Tell me straight and remind me what my goals were.
Then use it like a person
Voice-note it on the way home and have it write your follow-ups. Ask it to research a niche before you call it. Have it draft the recap after a sales call. Tell it to remind you about something in three days.
The people who get the most out of this program have their assistant doing five things a day for them by week two. The ones who set it up and never message it again are the ones who quit in month one.
