Build your outreach tracker
One prompt builds the app you'll run every call block. Prospects, one-tap dispositions, follow-ups that surface on the right day, and the numbers that tell you what to fix.
What you're building, and why you build it yourself
Cold calling works on volume and consistency: 100 to 200 calls a day, 50+ conversations a week. Those numbers only mean anything if you're counting them, and nobody counts reliably in their head at call 80.
We used to hand you a spreadsheet for this. You're building the app instead. It takes one prompt, it's yours, and it works the way you actually run a call block: one hand, one tap per call, no scrolling around a sheet between dials.
A Today page you work down during a block. A prospect list you can paste into in bulk. Follow-ups that surface on the day you promised. And a numbers page that tells you whether you hit your target or quietly missed it.
Start a new app in Plan mode
From your Apps dashboard click New App. Before you type anything, switch the chat toggle to PLAN mode (your account may call it DISCUSS), next to the send button.
Plan mode makes Base44 think through the whole app and show you the plan before it builds. If your account says Discuss and Build instead, Plan = Discuss and Edit = Build. For a four-page app that matters. Every message you send costs a credit, so send this one as written and let it finish before you start changing things.
Prompt (Plan mode): build the tracker
Paste this exactly and send it. Base44 shows you a plan first, then builds. Click Start Building when it asks.
Build me an outreach tracker app for cold calling and DMs. I run a marketing agency selling Meta ads to local service businesses. I need to track my daily outreach and see whether I'm hitting my numbers. Pages: 1. Today — the page I live in during a call block. A list of prospects to call, one highlighted as "up next". For each one I can log the outcome with a single tap: No Answer, Not Interested, Callback, Booked, or Wrong Number. Logging an outcome moves me to the next prospect automatically. At the top show today's counters: calls made, conversations had, meetings booked. 2. Prospects — add a prospect with business name, phone, niche, city, and how I found them. I can add them one at a time or paste a list. Each prospect shows its status, how many times I've tried, and the date of the last attempt. 3. Follow-ups — anyone marked Callback, sorted by the date I said I'd call back. Overdue ones at the top in red. 4. Numbers — my KPIs: calls per day, conversations per day, meetings booked per week, and my conversation-to-booking rate. Show the last 14 days as a simple bar chart, plus a line for my daily target so I can see when I miss it. Settings: let me set my daily call target and daily DM target. Keep the design clean and dark. Make the Today page fast to use with one hand, because I'm on the phone while I use it.
Check it works, then make it yours
Open the preview and add one fake prospect. Log a No Answer, then a Callback dated tomorrow. Check the callback lands on the Follow-ups page and the Today counter moved.
If something's off, tell Base44 in plain English what's wrong rather than rebuilding. Then change whatever you want, one change per message. For example:
Add a notes box to each prospect so I can type what they said on the call, and show those notes when that prospect comes up again.
Publish it and use it daily
Hit Publish, open the live link on your phone and add it to your home screen. You call from your phone, so the tracker has to be one tap away.
Set your targets in the app: 100 to 200 calls a day, 50 to 100 DMs, 50+ conversations a week. Then the end of the day is a yes or a no, not a feeling.
After a full week, check your conversation-to-booking rate. Plenty of conversations and no bookings is a script problem, so go drill the Sales Call Agent. No conversations at all is an activity problem, and no script fixes that.
